Surveillance

Integrated surveillance system lets you see and monitor your house. With the installed system, your house is protected with multiple cameras recording 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can see your house from your office or anywhere in the world with Internet access. 4 cameras - day and night vision (Infrared) view and record continuously, 24 hours a day on a 1.2 Terabyte (1200 Gigabytes) hard drive that is able to keep 30 days of video in its storage.

Emergency lighting

A very unique emergency LED lighting system is installed through out the house. In case of power outage all the pathways are lit. Super-efficient lights work for many hours without power.
